Up to 3 cars can park in the lot directly in front of suite 100. Do not park in front of another suite or the owner could call a tow truck for parking in their spots. If parking is not available directly in front of suite 100, park on the street.

The building's main entrance does not lock automatically. To lock the door you must pull the door handle up. Please do this upon leaving! To unlock the door, touch the keypad or swipe with your hand to illuminate the numbers. Type in Code: 77889900# and open the door. If it is not working, try pressing the 🔔 bell icon. This will enable us to unlock the door remotely.

Upon entering, proceed up the stairs to the second floor. Please refrain from venturing beyond the staircase on the first floor, as those doors lead to a separate studio potentially occupied by another guest. The entrance to Karve Loft is the first door on your left on the second floor. Do not continue to the third floor, and please note that taking photos on the stairs is strictly prohibited.

There is a small trashcan located by the microwave in the kitchen. Anything that does not fit in this trashcan must be taken with you when you leave.
